Couples resorts in Jamaica (XP w/ HM board and my club board)

Ladies, I need some help.

I'm searching every day for our HM in December! The Couples secret rendezvous special of the moment is one of the 4 (San Souci, Negril, Tower Isle or Swept Away) for $250 a night. It would be a little under $2500 for 5 nights w/ air fare for us. This sounds like an awesome deal.

But:
You don't know which of the 4 resorts until 7 days prior to your trip.
They have some sort of special every Wednesday - don't know if I should wait and check out some others.
Should I maybe book the room deal and then wait for air fare?!

If you've been to/ know anything about any of the Couples resorts, could you let me know what you think of them? What do you think of the special?

I just booked my honeymoon for May 2011, We are staying In Sandals Jamaica Grande Ocho Rios for 5 night and I only paid 2400 including air and insurance. So unless you just want to stay on Couples property, I am sure you can find a nice honeymoon within your budget.You could also call a traveling agent they should know more about  Couples  special and more deals.,

Thanks Shaq123. It doesn't really matter about being a Couples resort. We are looking at Jamaica and a couple of places in Mexico - Excellence Playa Mujeres, Secrets Capri or Maroma. I just more or less want it to be done!

We did our honeymoon at the Sandles in Ocho Rios Jamaica. It was very nice. All you can eat or drink, events every night to keep you busy (if you want), all of the watersports were included, and you have the option to book other tours. We booked snorkeling on a catamaran, the Dunns River Falls hike, and horseback riding in the beach water. Oh, and if you book the honeymoon package, you get your own villa, private pool, and free couples massage.

I have to honest, at first I hated it, but around day 3 it grew on me, and by day 6 I was not ready to go home!

I loved Jamaica and a friend of mine just went to Excellence Playa Mujeres and had a blast! Great choices...good luck with this. I wish I had more input, but I haven't done any honeymoon research.
