So would I!  We still have yet to hear anything from our original photog.  She never responded to BBB.  We filed a complaing with the AG.  Next step will be small claims court if she does not respond to AG.

that is really sad. she said your photographer is the most important part of your day and i really agree. aside from marrying your love! but they really are important. thats why you should book jennygg! :0)

I say you get what you pay for. And it doesn't hurt to do extensive research before hiring someone. Especially the photog. I think the couple is more to blame than anyone.

That would be so disappointing! Glad they at least got the money back and some damages. Hopefully friends and family got some pics for them. My photographer is one of the things I am most excited about. She did my older sister's wedding, my bosses wedding and two of my friends so far and was the first wedding person I called when I got engaged and knew when we wanted to get married. She is amazing! Super sweet and doesn't get in the way or boss everyone around like I heard some of them do. I absolutely loved her photos too. My fiance hates having his picture taken so I was really relieved when we met with her how comfortable he was. Her website is www.carolharroldphotography.com.
