Today I am starting a 21 day "My fit foods" challenge. Similar to a meal plan but they also recommend you eat 5 small meals a day for 21 days. The are located in 5 areas across my city so I will give it a try.
Even though I'm keeping my calories down I don't think I'm getting a balanced diet.
This week my weight stayed the same.
