WTH!!!

I got my final bill from my caterer today. I was blown away when the cake price was 325! He said if the cake was ordered through him that I would get a discount. I immediately called him and asked about the cake price. He told me he thought it was high and he would call the bakery. Im only getting cake for 80 people! I'm curious to know how much thers are paying for your cake?

Dang! That is high. Is it an intricate design? We are paying 450 to feed 200 ppl, 4 tiers.

3 Tiers to feed 50people,  And I have no idea how much it costs, its in the cost of the venue...

HOWEVER, FI's Grooms cake that was supposed to look like a playstation 3 was gonna be $375..   I cancelled it this morning and had them make a NY JETS sheet cake with an raised football in the middle for $100 instead.

Please, please, PLEASE tell me where you found a cake that feeds 100 at this low price! Lowest I've gotten in NOVA is around 375! You got a GREAT deal.

Ok the caterer called the bakery.  They had it based on 100 peoplel instead of 80. Now we are are at $260.

Mine is $659 for 3 tiers for 150 ppl I heard that was "normal" so now I'm sad/confused & it's basically a plain cake w/ rhinestones around the bottom of each tier & I have to provide them so thats an extra $40 for the fabric.

Hey everybody... I think because mine is in vegas.. it's 3 tiers andit's 250.. I am sure I will have extra cake since I am only going to have 30 people.. BUT... I love the cake!!!
