How are you holding up June 24th, June 25th, June 26th Brides!!!???

How are you ladies doing!? I know that I haven't had a lot of time to be on the boards and I am sure that you haven't either!! It just seems sooo surreal to me since we have been planning this wedding really for over 2 years!! Time is whining down and so is our to do list!

A few things that We have been getting done:

-Jason Booked my flight out to North Carolina!!  It is a round trip and I will be returning after the Honeymoon.
-Programs are all printed up! I just need to assemble the rest of them.
-Jason's Boudoir photo book is designed  and has been ordered!!. I got a great Groupon and just waiting until the 6th to order
-Got the bridal shower photo book done and order. I want to have it done for people to have something to look at while at the rehearsal dinner along with the engagement party photo book. I am also getting a book made for my mom and one of her gifts.
-Finishing putting our Monogram on the candy buffet bags.
-Completely paid off the Reception
-Completely paid off the photographer
-Have the money to pay for our SUV rental for the week
-Have the money for the DJ
-Completely paid off the florist
-Made the DVD of our Engagement pictures that will loop during the ceremony and reception
-Have the money for the trolley
-Have the money for the Stretch SUV for the wedding party
-Jason has his suite booked for Thursday and Friday night with a late checkout of 3pm on the wedding day (Means that the guys have a room to change photography and relax in before the wedding.
-Completely done with the seating chart and have ordered the poster
-printed out all contracts, emails that state final payment has been made and even copy of the checks. This is because we want to be prepared when someone say that they didn't get paid! The cake lady already talking about she didn't .
-Finished Coloring Books
-Ordered parasols for the bridal party
-Ordered lollipops for candy buffet



Things I still need to do:
-Pay off the videographer
-Pay off the DOC
-Pay off the Rehearsal Dinner
-Pay off the Drapery
-Print off prints from the Bridal shower to give to the people that attended-at the Rehearsal Dinner
-Finish these dreaded petals for lining the aisle with
-Wedding Day Scent- Vera Wang Preppy Princess

Things to get once I get in North Carolina or Atlanta:
-Get water bottles for the welcome boxes and put personalized labels on them
-Get Champagne
-Get miniature Smirnoff’s vodka for the welcome boxes
-Assemble the boxes
-Get chocolate for the candy buffet and other things to go in the welcome boxes

Butts in! WOW oh WOW time really is winding down for you ladies. I know you and Cincy are both going to be beautiful brides and I cant wait for the wrap up and pics to follow. You have been busy while you have been in Michigan. congrats on all the checks and you will be able to knock out the rest in no time.

I know, I can't believe it is right around the corner. Trust me when I say, I have been waiting FOREVER for this day, haha lol!

Here is what I still have left to do.

--Day of Timeline
--Contact all vendors to verify and finalize
--Make an Inventory of all my items I am taking to the venue (they have some of the same type of vases and etc...) I am taking pics and ensuring I get all my items back
--Buy the food items for the ice cream buffet and desert bar (doing day before so it's fresh)
--Print: Escort Cards, programs, menus
--take oot bags to the hotel
--Email final list of must take pics to photog.
--ALL vendors are paid off!!!!!

this is all and I am waiting for the BIG DAY!!!!

Ditto....I can't believe you'll day is just around the corner.  My only advice is just try and get as much done before the week of the wedding, so you can really enjoy and reflect on why you're marrying your best friend, lover, and the man of you'll dreams.  Also, if its possible during that week try to get that one last date in as future Mr. and Mrs! Those are some of the memories you'll always look back on.  Enjoy ladies....This is you'll time!!!

Awwwww DATE TWINS!!!!  WE ARE ALMOST THERE!!!  I wish these CAPS could really convey all of the excitement and anticipation I am feeling right now!  FI and I were just reading Yas' post and it was so helpful - thanks girl!  We are now going to print out the cashed checks and email confirmations from all vendors we've paid off, and bring them to the wedding.  Great idea! 

Yas, where are you getting the poster done for your seating chart?  And where did you buy the parasols?  Thanks!

And Mrsnana, I am so excited for you!  CONGRATS on paying off all vendors and getting down to the last few details!

My last few to-dos:
- finish writing vows
- wait for boudoir photo book to arrive so I can get excited all over again (LOL)
- get seating chart printed
- pay off DJ and caterer the day of the wedding
- buy earrings to go with my reception dress
- find a nail salon for my mom and I to get our mani/pedis at

I dropped off my dress and veil at David's last weekend to be cleaned/pressed and it hit me that I will be married later this month!  It finally became real.

I made my appointments for a massage, facial, hair rinse, laser hair removal and eyebrow threading.  

FI gave our wedding coordinator all of the "stuff" for the wedding day (two boxes) and she is taking pics of everything and cataloging it for us.  

FI dropped off all OOT gift bags at the two host hotels. 

I organized my coverage at work and sent an email to all of my contacts telling them when I'd be out and who was handling the work in my absence.  I will NOT check my Blackberry from June 22-July 11!!!

Now I am really focused on packing for the move into FI's place, which will officially happen the day after the wedding.  But I want to have as much of my stuff over there in advance so we don't have to work too hard between the wedding and honeymoon (my apartment lease is up on June 30, so I have to move out before we leave for the honeymoon).

Love y'all - I am getting so emotional now!!!!
