What do you think? FI works for the Airtran (now SW) and we can fly free to Punta Cana. His mom retired from Delta, so we can use Delta as well and have to pay the taxes and a small fee. I'm thinking we should go to Punta Cana instead of Costa Rica, because we don't have to worry about airfare for a large portion of it. AND with my travel agent discount we can stay AI for less than 1K.

Also, I just checked the flights....our best bet is to stay Sun - Thursday and return to Atlanta on that Thursday evening (Thanksgiving). The flights are WIDE open. We do have 2 chirren to get back to as well.

Thoughts?

Girl YES! lol FREE is FREE!

I honeymooned in Punta Cana and loved it! I think MsAmeera did also, and from her pics and recap, she did as well.

Yes so looking at going to the Secrets Royal Beach for 4 nights AI comes to $792. I don't think you can beat that with a STICK!. LOL And I get paid the Friday before the wedding and FI gets paid the Friday we return.

No problem....just wondering about traveling on Thanksgiving. But I think we have it together. This trip is cheaper than taking the kids to Florida each summer. LOL
