Help with ring?

So I've been trying to explain to my fiance what kind of ring I want. (We didn't have a real proposal, we just decided to get married, so I still don't have a ring).

I want a citrine center stone, either asscher, princess or emerald cut, with diamond side stones (pave setting) in a platinum band. Something similar to this cheap, fake version: http://www.amazon.com/Nickel-Sterling-Princess-Zirconia-Citrine/dp/B000BERQJS/ref=sr_1_4?s=jewelry&ie=UTF8&qid=1318615490&sr=1-4 (But of course, i want real diamonds and a platinum band).

I'm also considering the opposite (citrine side stones with a diamond center stone), which was my first choice.

The problem is, I'm having major troubles finding either of these rings anywhere. Even the "design your own ring" websites aren't helpful, I guess because citrines aren't popular for e-rings.

Does anyone know of a jeweler/website who will help us design my ring without breaking his bank? I don't want him to be paying for my ring for years and years.

    Try Better Than Diamonds. I believe they have citrine and you can request that the side stones be natural diamonds.

    Have you considered getting a yellow diamond instead of a citrine?  I love citrine, but they don't have muchg sparkle. I've seen a lot of yellow diamond engagement rings that look just like the pic you posted.
