9. How did you and your fiance meet?
Through some of my very nosey friends who decided I needed to move on so they set up a match.com account for me and started finding perspective candidates. Chun is the only one I met and I guess I owe them a big thank-you
10.  When did you get engaged and how did he do it??
We got engaged on May 29th. It started out as a normal Friday night for us Dinner, a Movie and than we decided to take a walk around this park in downtown Indianapolis at about midnight. I had absolutely no idea that anything was any different. We stopped by this overlook that looks out over the river and the whole downtown skyline and I turned around and he was down on one knee with a ring in his hand. I was speechless.
11. When is the Wedding Day?
April 10th (38 days away OMG)
12. Where is the ceremony and reception?
The Ceremony is at Orchard Park Presbyterian Church and the reception is at a Country Club near the Church in Carmel, IN
13. What are your wedding colors?
Sapphire Blue, Silver, and Ivory
14. Where are you honeymooning?
Florida and Grand Bahama Island
15. Favorite wedding vendor so far?
My DOC (Debra- with Jameson Creations) she has been the most amazing person to work with and has kept me sane through this whole process. She is absolutely the best!
16. Biggest wedding splurge?
Probably my dress (a custom designed Paloma Blanca). But I can't say for sure because I put my Mom in charge of flowers and she refuses to talk to me about the cost.
17. What is something you wish you could have at the wedding but don't?
A celebrity singer.
18. Another knottie wedding you'd like to attend?
I don't know. I love all you ladies and would love to be able to celebrate with any of you. But anyone one who wants to come to Indy and attend mine you're invited!!!! Final head counts not due for 2 weeks.
19. Favorite book?
I am a sucker for a good romance, I will read almost anything so I can't really say I have a favorite.

Boomerang

Anything on HGTV

Carolina Herrera
23. Any advice you can give?
Remember what the purpose of your wedding is. Don't let the little details that will fade away as time goes on replace the truly amazing part of joining your life with someone elses get in the way of your joy. Everything is replaceable accept for that man that you will look at every day for the rest of your life and know that he is yours mind, body and soul.
24. Anything you wish you could change about your wedding?
I wish more of my family and friends could come but they are all out of State and the cost is getting in the way.
25. Share something about yourself!!
Hmmmm.... I am really shy when I first meet new people but at the same time I am a people person. I also love to cook. I used to have a catering company when I was living in NY and I would drop my job in a hot second if I had the opportunity to do that agian.

Thanks for your answers Sarah, it was great to read them!  I'm also a HGTV fanatic, what's your favorite host/show?  I have to say I'm addicted to "Divine Design" and "Property Virgins" right now....although as far as hosts go I love David Bromstead the best (Color Splash).  Best of luck with your big day - it's almost here!!!

If I could talk to a famous person for an hour it would probably be Maya Angelou. She's seen so much and is so amazing about capturing things in words and I love hearing her speak.


I have to have my cell phone, hand sanitizer, and gum when I leave the house.

I'd probably spend an extra $5,000 and split it up between shoes, FI's ring, but overall I'd spen a bulk of it on hiring a singer for the ceremony. I really love how emotional it is as weddings when someone captures the emotion of the day in songs. My Dad is singing so that will be amazing but I'd have another person as well.

every night before we goto sleep we tell each other something nice. I love it it's one of the highlights of my day and keeps us from ever going to sleep in a bad mood.

He bites his nails.
