Hi ladies I am meeting with a potential photographer today. Any questions that I need to ask?

I ve got a list of questions in a book I recently bought. Here are a few:
Whats included in packages?
How do you determine your price?
Will you have an assistant? If so, is that extra?
What is your time limit?
Will you and your assistant wear formal attire?
Do you charge for overtime?
How soon after the wedding can we expect to see proofs?
Are the proofs or JPEGs files ours to keep?
Are photos available at viewing time?
Do you offer any special effects?
Are there samples of your work we can view?
The person interviewing us, will they be the one shooting the wedding?
