FI thinks I should, what do you ladies think???

I'm trying to finalize these wedding programs and FI mentioned that we should acknowledge our vendors- such as cake baker, florist, dj, etc... on the program.  Is this common and are you going to list your vendors?

Do not list your wedding vendors on your program! If people want to know your vendors put it on your wedding website, or people will call you after to ask the wedding.

While its a nice gesture I don't think it's traditionally in there. We're all about non tradition here though! But personally I wouldn't do it.

Thank you ladies, we are on the same page, unlike FI who thinks he's some type of wedding planner...lol

We are actually leaning towards doing so because a lot of our "vendors" are actually friends and family. So those people who'll be doing those services will be recognized in the program. Otherwise the cake and wherever the flowers come from will not be on program.

offciant- unsure at this time but wil be close friend or family member

We had a short list of some vendors on the back of our program.

A lot of our vendors were close friends/family that did our wedding for nothing or next to nothing at all.. so it was in our hearts to give them some type of recognition for being such a big part of our day.

I say its up to you and your FI... not everyone is for putting that information on the wedding program, and other are for it. Putting the vendor info on the website is also a good idea.. but like I said.. it's what you both decide... remember.. compromise, compromise!...lol

I created the wedding programs on vistaprint and I let FI read and proof it.  He didn't say anything about the vendors not being listed, thank goodness!  So I'm going to hurry up and order them before he mentions it again
