My list is so long!  I have to get:
flower girl basket
here comes bride sign (DIY)
ring bearer bowl
serving set
toasting flutes
jelly bellys(favors)
Escort cards(finish DIY)
Table name holders
My jewlery
Bridesmaids jewlery (if money permits)
flower girls gift
Rest of BM gifts(have to figure out if I am going to be able to afford to fly my sister in and buy her dress)
 
Whew!  Okay I have to stop because I am going to give myself a panic attack.  I'm sure I forgot something.

I still have escort cards and finishing up the seating chart, also hoping to find some REALLY cheap trumpet vases in the next week! YIKES! Also, a couple vendors to pay off (florist and photog!)

9 days to go:  

-finish those DERN programs (LOL)

-meet with my congresswoman re the ceremony (yay for the free officiant. We cannot pay her and she cannot accept gifts over $40 without doing A LOT of paperwork....)

-print the place cards

-pirnt the seating chart

-hand off the rest of my wedding stuff to my Event Team for set up

-make sure all the vendors have their insurance docs sent to the City of Pasadena (the City is really annoying me with this)

-Payfinal bills for rentals, linen rentals, caterer, photog, DJ, MUA

I completely forgot about the flower girl basket!  Thanks OP for the reminder.  Right now I'm working on:

• Getting welcome/itinerary info together for our guests
• Finding a new flower girl dress
• Making sure bridesmaids order their dresses
• Putting the finishing touches on our invites
• Booking a bartender
• Renting additional seating/tables

And a million other little things.

I've been buying the little odds & ends bit by bit for the wedding (flower girl basket, aisle runner, etc.) This is what I have left to do

With a little over 6 months left:

Place Deposit for both DJ & Photographer/Videographer
Cake Tasting & Deposit (will be doing it this weekend)
Finalize Menu (this weekend)
Follow Up with BM's to make sure dresses were ordered
Order Flower Girl dress
Purchase Bridal & Bridal Party Jewelry (including hair accessories)
Purchase My shoes
Purchase undergarments
Finish Designing & Print programs and Menu cards (diy)
Order cookies for cookie bar
Order all florals (diy)
Order materials & candy for favors (diy)

That's all I can think of right now.. well.. that's as far as I'm willing to tackle at the moment...lol
