How do you think the admit card will play out? I can just see people saying they left it at home, or Oh, I didn't think we needed to bring it.

    This is all my dad's plan! He's be stressing to all our family members to bring the card to the wedding. We will have a guest list for back up, just in case people leave their cards at home. If they don't have the admit card and their name isn't on the list . . They can't get in.

    With all that being said I know some people may still get in . . . for example if we invite a husband and wife. . . and say the husband can't make it. If the wife uses both of the admit cards and brings a "friend" then there's no way we can stop that.

    We're just trying to keep "extra" people from coming in because for everyone over the headcount the venue will charge us X amount of dollars more.

    I hear ya! We are having someone at the door with a list as well. Some people may call it "being extra & over the top" but they aren't the ones paying for it.
