Where are all the "Old School" AAW Knotties?

Has the new format scared everyone away?? Old School meaning been on the board for 6 months or more!  Or has everyone already gotten married!? I really miss everyone!

I'm an "old school knottie" but a lot of the old school knotties got married.  Some moved on after that but I think the few that stuck around were put off by the new format.

I can't believe I have been here for a year now.... even though most of the time was spent lurking, hating wedding planning, and not doing any wedding planning. I have to admit I was a professional lurker. LOL!

yeah, many ladies have gotten married, other are on Facebook, and the rest just disappeared!

I'm here I just hate the new format of course..but I log on and lurk from time to time...but i will try to post more..I know the other ladies (ladySun, romey..etc) hate the knew format also but like the pps have pointed out we have the fb thing going on now.  See MIABRIDENTAMPA you and Yas aren't the last of a dying breed...LOL

I'm still here...I can't even say it's the new format.  It's just not the same since the old school gals left (Alf, Cat, Romey, etc.) and I'm not motivated to post much anymore.

Hello to all of the "newbies" and to er'body else who's been on here since when I was blowin' up the board.  Ok so I'm an "old skool" knottie and YES I HATE THE NEW FORMAT and have since moved on to Facebook to chat with the ladies...(if you are on FB, please look me up as you can find me under ALFREDA MC).

I mostly lurk on the AAW board and my local board (Dallas/Ft. Worth) too but as OFF mentioned, the new format doesn't play nice with my pc @ work or my laptop @ home, so I hop on and hop off with the quickness.

I do miss all of the fun times we all shared on this board and all of you lovies!!

If you need me for anything, page me with a message on FB as I'm on there (as well as er'body else that's considered "old skool") and I'll reply back a.s.a.p. but if you page me on TK, I'll probably miss it or overlook it.

Tootles for now and HAPPY PLANNING TO ALL THE 2010 BRIDES!

See! I started a little reunion! LOL!!! HEEEEYYYY LADIES!!! I miss everyone so much! I do keep up with some of the other ladies on FB. Yes , Mahoganieyes we are on every site together! LMAO!!! And newbies don't let my "Start date" Fool Ya! I have been on here since June of last year, way before I was Engaged and the lovely ladies here took me in! BIG HUG! LOVE Y'ALL! We love all the new brides and Renewal Wifeys also!

Yas thanks for doing this!  I miss all of the old school knotties too.  It was good to get a post from Alf and to see that some of the other oldies but goodies are still around.  Kristi06 and LCA315Girl...y'all know y'all some old school playas LOL! JK. 

@ Tameric the overall look of this format is different for one.  We weren't able to send Private Messages before, which is actually a waste because you end up having to send a "Page" to let them know that they have a PM.  We didn't have emoticons, although sometimes they work and sometimes they don't.  There are some other changes, that I think kinda make it harder to load certain things and slows things down, which I guess is why some ladies can't use the new format on their computers. 
@Desi, I'm mad that you're middle school...too funny!

@YAS, I didn't realize that you were Bigshow!  Were you BigShow, or did I read that wrong on Mahogonieyes post?

I took a step back from the TK and really starting focusing on planning.  I can finally see progress!!!  I lurk around from time to time.  Plus, the FB crowd is soooooooooo helpful.

This new setup really messes with the PC.. like pp. I lurk sometimes but have been so busy with moving, setting up new home, and traveling back and forth between GA and TN. A sista is tried!!
