aisle decoration

So I was thinking of using this idea for decorating the aisle. I would do purple and teal ribbon and then put candles in them. I would use about 12 total 6 on each side of the aisel 

and then have them placed like this...

I like it but are you having a day wedding or night? i dont think people would be able to see candles lit in the daytime? if day time maybe fill with white/ivory or one of your other color craft flowers. but they could probly double as the centerpieces too. that would be awesome and save you money!

That's cute.. I like your ideal..Is it indoor or out? I just worry about candles on the floor.. Like is the aisle narrow or wide, in case you have a train you don't want to bump it.. Just a thought.. But i love the idea.. I wanted something similiar but our aisle has a small hill..

 The wedding is in the daytime but the room the ceremony is being held in has low light to it..so people will be able to see the glow of the candles. I have been in there during the day..it will give the room a more intimate feel ! <div>
</div><div>Because my walk would be short I only will need about 12, and Im using 3 vases per table for center pieces..here is a pic of the centerpiece.</div>

ainge i like it too, creative and a great mood setter.   are you expecting kids? i'm always curious about whether they're drawn to the candles.
