i'm light skinned. I'm burnt and peeling any suggestions?

Hey guys. I forgot to put sunscreen on. When I was a kid my grandma would drop me off at the pool at 8am and not pick me up till 8 pm. no big deal i just got darker. I don't know if it's age or what but i've recently (last year and now this year) started "burning and peeling". This is BRAND NEW.  right now, i'm literally 10 shades darker than what i normally am. Do any of you burn and peel? I need a lotion or something for the peeling, because its my face that's peeling and it's not hot! lol.

    I started peeling really bad about 2 years ago. I think for me it was my hormones but who knows. I started using Jojoba oil on my face and that helped ALOT. My face usually flakes/peels in the winter. SMH...I guess I'm shedding LOL! Any natural oil to moisturizer skin would be best...I have another kind I bought that works too...I think it's vitamin E oil. Both of these were bought from either Whole Foods or Drug Emporium.

    Get some organic aloe vera gel and apply it. It feels like love

    I burn real bad. I use this aloe with lidocaine (sp?) made by banana boat. It feels like heaven and preserves the tan while cooling your skin.

    I started burning at 13, ...im of the high yellow klan.   but it takes continous radical exposure.  1st time was on a cruise... i was so confused as to what it wasa....lol

    i just stopped at walgreens and got some vitamin E. that's all they had. where they sell that Aloe stuff at? i'm want to go to the store this weekend for the aloe and jojoba.

    @happygirl- i'm SO WITH YOU. when i burnt for the first time I was stuck. I couldnt lay down, sit back, nothing. Now when i see them people with their red shoulders and faces I FEEL THIER PAIN.

    If you go to Wal-Mart make sure to get pure aloe. Fi and i was just looking for some b/c he got burned on his nose and forehead but the kind they had has too many other ingredients. I just end up using 100% tea tree oil the first day b/c thats all I had then pure shea butter
