Card box ideas. Help!

Okay ladies I need your help.  I would like some ideas for a card box.  I don't want to do the tradional 3 stacked boxes.   I was looking at doing the one with the frames made into a box but can't find frames that I like for the right $$$.  I am not trying to spend a bunch cause I can go to Michaels and get that white treasure box looking one for $20.  I don't know.   I'm frustrated cause I can't find something original or anything that I like.  HELP!!!!

Okay I am not crafty at all and I actually wasn't going to have a card box but I like the look of this one and I think it has more ideas. Have you thought about using a hat box and cutting a hole in it.  That box in the picture made me think of that. I can't see everything because I am at work. I'll look more at home.

My DH made ours. It was a fairly easy project, he made it the night before the wedding. We got the frames from walmart for about $5.00 per frame. In all I think it was a $25-30 project.

I wanted to make my own, but gave up.  I bought the black and white card box from Michaels with the 50% off coupon.

I'm actually going to use a suitcase for ours like this. It will say cards and well wishes and at the end of the night we will close it and be out!
