Anyone having a violinist for their ceremony/cocktail hour?

Hi ladies, are any of you having this? If so, do you have your song selections yet? I am having a trio for my ceremony and cocktail hour but Im not sure what songs to request. They are pretty open to song selections, I just dont know what sounds good. I think I got my ceremony part down, just need some fun/ love songs for the cocktail hour. Any suggestions?

I am having a string trio for my ceremony. Because of the church where we are having the ceremony, we can only use classical and non-secular music for our ceremony. Some Bach who is my fave composer, Schubert, Vivaldi and Intermezzo is a great song as well. BUT if I were using the trio for the cocktail hour as well, I would would use songs from Old movies. Typically most playing trios will have some songs like "Night and Day" by Cole Porter, "As Time Goes By" (the song from Casablanca,) or some Irving Berlin classic love songs. I'm sure they can also do some modern songs too if you prefer, esepcially if they have sting arrangements in the song.... Just ask them to see their repetoire and I'm sure you'll find some good ones. Hope this helps!
