I just finished with SS to change my name.  I was in the office for all of 10 minutes.  I had heard that California does not let you change your middle name to your maiden, but I figured it wouldn't hurt to try.  I had no problems.  I will have the new card in a few weeks and can make the change at work.  It'll be a while before I make the change with DMV.  Their hours are ridiculous.  I'm so excited to officially be Mrs. Jones!

    Thank you.  The pearl are double strand with a rhinestone accent.  here is a better picture.

    Congrats! I have the SS and DMV stuff taken care of as well as my paperwork for my new job, but need to take care of everything with my passport, insurance, financial institutions and my credit cards. Ugh...it's a process.
