How to use vista print???

OK, so don't judge me, haha lol! But I DO NOT know how to use Vista print for the free products. (or anything) I want to do photo share cards with our picture on them. Are those ever free or is it more $$ cause of the picture? Please help on how to navigate the site and get the free deals.
