I couldn't afford video on my wedding but now I wanted to make a montage of my favorite photos to give to my family.  Does anyone know a good videographer who may be able to do this?

Ditto. If you want to go professional, I would ask your photographer, but take a look at animoto.com--it's super easy to use and you can download high-res files and burn it to a DVD.

Photostory was easy - I made a slideshow for FSIL wedding and liked the control I had with it...

If you have a mac I think iDVD is easy as well
