Forecast - September Brides & Groom :)

Err... anyone look at the 10-day ? i know i have 16 days to go but ... wow 8 of 10 days are 60% chance of rain....

Niq- you're getting married 9/18 also right?  Whats your rain plan?  lol my plan right now is .... its not going to rain. guess i better work on it!   Our venue is in the north end, and its been just pouring all night/morning. (Arlington)

this might be the begining of my first real freak out. haha.

I saw the Farmer's Almanac for our area and it is forecasting showers for the weekend of the 24th also.  I am meeting with my venue on the 15th to go over the set-up and we will have a back-up plan in case we have to move the ceremony inside.  Definitely NOT what I wanted....but I have yet to learn the trick of changing weather.

We're getting married inside, so the only trouble is shuttling everyone from the ceremony to the reception. We'll buy a bunch of umbrellas in case some brave souls still want to walk. I basically ignore the forecast more than 2 or 3 days out though.

We looked up days of available sunshine before picking a date. Hopefully late summer/early fall will hold together!

Thankfully the forecast for Friday is sunny and warm.  Back up plan #1 was clear umbrellas for light showers, #2 moving everything inside if absolutely, positively necessary but that was a terrible back up plan.  Mostly I was going with the, it won't rain plan and the Its Seattle, if it rains, suck it up back up plan.  : )

Sorry for anyone who's day is forecasting rain...but I will say, they change.  When I started looking at weather 2 weeks out it said cold and rainy for Fri, and it just keeps getting better the closer we get.  Its not that accurate until you're within 5 days.
