Seamstress Rec Needed

Hey Seattle gals!

My MOH is getting married in October and was interested in talking to someone about having her dress made.

Any seamstress recs in the Seattle area?  She's looking to have something made out of lace.

    Darcy Martin with Fragile Fit is amazing! I know several Seattle Knotties are using her. She is located in Lynnwood.

    I had my dress made by Sarah Mosher - I knew her through my mom, so she's not one of the 'regular' seamstresses around here, but she did a great job. She's also in the south end so she's a great option if you're in that area (I'm in Seattle and we made it work, but it would be especially good if that was where you lived). She has her masters in design and was very wonderful to work with. Also, I really like Deb Hedeen who is in Ballard (so you've got almost all of western washington covered!). Let me know if you want Sarah's info.

    Just as an FYI - having a dress made out of lace may not be less expensive than just going and buying one, in case that's what your friend was thinking/hoping.  Otherwise, it was a great option for me since I really wanted to design it and have my mom help make it.
