I think food/candy is the best idea for a giveaway favor.  It may be a good idea to include a verse with the favor, but that's really all I've got.

Make a donation somewhere in your guests name... giving is always Christian!

We are doing kisses and a few different candies...nothing to Christian on that end...I kinda like the symbolism of Kisses and Hugs...but hugs don't come in the correct colors for my wedding.  We are having both communion and foot washing in the wedding though.

After going through many ideas, I think we've decided on our favors. I like the idea of a keepsake, something that people can use and remember our special day by. So we're going with custom bookmarks that have a special Bible verse on them. We haven't decided on the verse yet, but here's an idea of what they'll look like. I found them on etsy (my new favorite place!).

And the person making them will include a vellum overlay to be used as placecards. I thought that was pretty nifty!

My dad and the Gideons from his group are handing out New Testaments after the ceremony, and we're making bookmarks with a verse and our testimonies on the back to go with them.
