Several weeks back I was with my brother and one of his random friends joined us at the bar.

He said his grand-son was named Tynan.  Said it was so cool, loved that name.  He asked me if I liked it.

Here is the conversation:

"Isn't that name so cool?"

*smh* "no"

"Everyone else says they like it"

"*squinches eyes* They lied to you"

I'm not very subtle.  He obviously didn't mind, because he was still nice to me, but don't ask if you don't want to know.

I don't know what's going on with names lately, in the last year I have known people that had a Blayze, Blazin, Tyner and Zaiden ( all boys).  Luckly nobody has asked me if I like the names, but I have heard several people made negative comments about all of them.
