So I've been calling OB billing for almost 2 weeks now. I've gotten 1 call back. And the fax number they gave me was incorrect. I've been calling to get the correct number. All I get is the voicemail. I've called my OB, I've called hospital information, I've called hospital billing. This woman is the supervisor for OB billing.
Why would you have your voicemail say "I'll get back to you by end of the next business day" and not do it? How can I campaign of fire with only a voicemail to work with. All she has to do is ignore my calls. I'm getting pissed.
