Wedding Woes

She's a smart one (C&P)

Do I need to establish custody for my daughter or because we were never married is she in my custody already? He is listed on the birth certificate. I have no idea how to do this or what needs to be done. Can someone explain to me what I need and who to contact?

I do not want him to take my duaghter from me and I don't think he could provide the care she needs (reflux, milk/soy protein allergy, will be getting a DOC band, has exercises for her neck muscles, etc...). When he stays with us I have to tell him to pick her up because she's crying because he thinks she is just being fussy but it's her upset cry, and I have to tell him over and over again.

I wanted to change the spelling of her first name but I will need his signature to do so and he LIED to me about already filing this paperwork because it needs my notarized signature also so I KNOW he didn't ever do it. And even then he knew in the first place that I HATED this spelling and knew it would be mispronounced forever.

I am going to open a child support case but lucky bastard is quitting his job before we'll be able to get an appointment and so he will have no income to pay child support. (how convenient for him). I want it documented that LO is in my full custody so that I don't need his freaking signature on everything. It happened with our benefits also because he listed himself as head of household on all of LO's federal aid cases.

NOTE TO LURKERS AND GENERAL IDIOTS: This is not me. C&P means copy and paste, which means I copied this from another board and pasted it here specifically to make fun of the OP.

I'm stuck on why she would have spelled it that way to begin with if she hated it so much. FYI, according to her ticker the baby's name is Kiera. I have no idea if that's the birth certificate spelling or the preferred spelling.

So she wants his money, but doesn't want him to have parental rights. Charming.

No, no, no why is he STAYING with them?  I see another kid with a jacked up spelling in her future.
