Long day

I've been on the phone since 11am, calling clients re: past due balances.  Talk about uncomfortable.  I can assure you I have heard every lie and sob story in the book.  FFS people, I'm only asking for a payment plan.  Give me $5/month as a good faith payment, I don't care.  When you owe us $5k+, don't think we're just going to go away.

Ugh.

FTR, our aged accounts (90+ days overdue) is nearly $400,000.  American.

Ha.  And we get collections calls for $444.  That we shouldn't owe.

Ooh yeah...That does suck. 

My neighbor was working for a lawyer who hadn't billed his clients in two years. TWO YEARS!  He is a shady ass mofo.  She jumped ship ASAP.

it sounds like people want to live for free!  Which makes it harder on the rest of us that have a job, or don't and still pay monthly!
