Crispin Glover.  He was in that rat movie (I never saw it, just the previews were enough to make me terrified).

Oh and that weasley-looking guy from "Lost" with the cropped black hair and the big ears.  I forget his real life name.  He was a Creepy McCreeperson stalker on "The Practice".
