Help me!

My RSVPs have EXPLODED well beyond what I wanted, and I am almost pushing the capacity of my venue. What do I do?

Get in your time machine and not invite more people you can accomodate.

Calm down until you actually exceed capacity. Get back to us when you have a problem, not ZOMG!!!111ELVEN!! I MIGHT HAVE A PROBLEM.

Is the number higher because they are taking it upon themselves to invite other people?

I'm actually in a similar situation, but luckily we're having an outdoor wedding. I just told everyone to bring blankets if they want a place to sit down in case seating isn't available and plan on playing frisbee and other games with the kids after the ceremony.

It sounds like you are going very casual, but for goodness sake rent or borrow chairs for your guests. If you are having food get them tables too.
