Most of you read how our experience was with meeting FMIL's Pastor. Well I emailed 5 or 6 other officiants & 3 of them said they are booked the day of our wedding and a couple haven't written back & 1 said she is available, but she has another wedding that same day & needs to check the time. She is the Orting Mayor (we're getting married at the Orting Manor).
Please send lots of knottie vibes that our 4:30 ceremony is available!
On a side note...
A mini-check took place today cause I had a nightmare that it was the day of the wedding and we only had 2 of the 9 special ordered, hand-dyed green ties for the men in the wedding!!! I was in my dress running all around town looking for green ties. All of the escalators at the mall were shut off & I was in my wedding dress hopping from escalator to escalator, completely worn out from climbing all the stairs/escalators. Stores weren't open yet, I even went to Bartells.. (lol do they even sell ties!!?). Anyways, the dream prompted me to order all the ties today from a lady on Etsy! She said I will have them in 5 days!
