What exactly does she think is going to happen? You're all of a sudden going to say "oh wait, you do know how to work the internets" and Jesus will set her free?

Meh, we just respond and answer their question.  If they keep at it, then we'll get legal involved.  We have some crazy clients out there.  Usually, they come out of the woodwork once and then go away.
