Wedding Woes


I would really, really suggest making the frosting. Canned frosting tastes...fake? to me and would ruin all the hard work you put into making the cake from scratch. If anything I would do the opposite- use boxed cake (you can add stuff to it to make it your own) and make the frosting.You could also make the frosting in advance and refrigerate until a couple of hours before you want to use it so it won't be so stiff.
