Easy pork loin marinade?

Anyone have one?  I can't find one online that I like. I have oil, lemon juice, lime juice, fresh garlic, worchestshire (sp?) sauce, soy sauce, five types of vinegar, plenty of spices...And I'm feeling completely uncreative. I can't go out b/c the kiddo's sick.  Any suggestions?  :)

I've always done "salad dressing": vinegar, oil, garlic, onion, spices/herbs to taste, salt and pepper. I did soy, honey, ginger and garlic the other night for chops; that was pretty decent, though not very creative.

Not a marinade, but I made this last week and it came out pretty good:Pork Tenderloin | Simply Recipes It was a little undercooked after the specified cooking times, so maybe give it a little longer in the oven.  We'll be making it again, for sure. :)

oh, and instead of white wine, I just doubled the chicken broth.  I know the alcohol would have been cooked away, but we didn't have any white on hand, and even if we did, I wouldn't want to use a half cup and then throw the rest away. :)

They suggest serving pork medium these days, so that may be the target of the cook times.

hmm. might be.  I try to lean toward the "fully cooked" meats during pregnancy.  But it wasn't raw or anything like that.

DG, I keep vermouth in the house just for that - It's fortified, so it doesn't go off like regular wine, but it's still tasty. Dry vermouth, not sweet.

Want something super easy? Open up a tiny can of frozen OJ, throw a few dashes of paprika on top and throw it in the crock pot. Or you can bake/roast it in the oven. Either way, super simple.
