Wedding Woes

I don't think I'll ever understand

Maybe if I ever went to Sephora or Ulta I'd get it, but I don't understand all of the products and stuff you ladies post about.  Then again I'm pretty sure if I walked into one of theses stores I'd break out in hives at all of the choices and smells.

I don't either, but I just learned how to put eye make-up on recently.

I buy my lipstick at Walgreens, so I'm there with ya. I do buy my powder from MAC.

My Sephora is in Penney's. I do not get the full experience.

I'm kinda teasing about my Sephora love.  I just like it b/c I can get all my products from different lines there and the salespeople (generally) know what they're talking about, b/c they use the products. Most of my purchasing is for my skin care.  And when I buy the more expensive (for me) makeup products, they always seem to last so much longer and feel so much better that I don't mind the cost.  I added up all my skincare purchases that seem so expensive, and it averages out to $15/month.  Well, that's probably less than I'd spend having to buy the less effective for me and smaller/cheaper products monthly (b/c that's how often I did have to buy them) at Walmart or Walgreens.
