Wedding Woes

I know why Michelle Duggar has been pregnant 19 times.

Maternity clothes yo. That is where it is AT. Maybe I won't be in love in a few months but this is awesome. My bloat is bad and as the day goes on, it gets worse and worse. By the end of the day, I can't stand my pants. My fat jeans are even getting tight. So I stopped off at ON and bought some of their "Real Waist" pants. I have the elastic pulled in tight but this is awesome. I ate a ton at Panera tonight to see how they dealt with a food baby. Also, I got two maternity sweaters there for $3.42 a piece. Awesome. I'm decked out in maternity wear and loving it because of all the extra room. Maternity pants are the acceptable version of elastic waist pants.

I will say this, my pants are not the full elastic waist. They have two small inserts in the back of the pants that are covered elastic. Inside the pants, that elastic part has a button that allows you to adjust how tight or lose they are. I do think that this idea could be successfully applied to regular people pants.

I have some maternity clothes I miss.  Not just the comfort, but I miss a couple of the patterns.

There are mens pants that are like this. I forget the brand, and they only give an inch or two total (vs. having the adjustable button), but they do have it.

Look for this for kids pants with this too.  Poor 6let's pants are all on the tightest buttons.

Poor 6let's pants are all on the tightest buttons. This exactly.  The kiddo is skinny, but not a slim because he has the cutest little bubble butt that makes slim pants tight on him.  So, we have to buy him all adjustable waist pants AND belts.  Since I buy him things that are slightly bigger on him so he can grow into them, his pants are always super baggy for the first couple months.

I'm still wearing my full-panel maternity jeans as well as many tops. :(
