Maybe caterers are not always booked well in advance so that is why I lucked out but our top choice was available. It's not a check yet since we're just penciled in but FI says food is one of his top priorities and out of the 8 caterers for Clise at their open house, Landau's knocked it out of the park with their food and presentation. (one of the caterers had a fruit and cheese display, how does that show what THEY can do? I can do fruit and cheese myself...)
Now that I am finally able to plan and not just research I'll probably be posting a lot of borderline AW posts like this. I'm just super excited to finally be getting things done and don't have any wedding party or family to regale with every latest detail, so tag, y'all are it!
