Rant: Weather is crummy.  I'm starting to stress more - I just feel like there's so much to do!!  I write out the list but I feel like I'm forgetting things.  I'm going to have to sit down tomorrow and write the list out again.

Rave: Off work early today due to Good Friday!  Plan on getting stuff for pomanders tomorrow.  Hoping for a productive weekend!

Rant: No venue yet, I wanted this done by the end of Feb, and now it's April. Meh.

Rave: Major kudos to Tom Douglas and Dave Ross for getting local businesses involved in saving our fireworks. Major kudos to Starbucks, Microsoft, and Nordstrom for donating a ton of money. I was sad on Wednesday when the Lake Union fireworks were cancelled for this year, but hopeful they'll be back.

Also, FI got me FF13 and is bringing it down today from Canada for me to play. ^^

Rant: Weather is gross and I'm bummed we don't have today off OR get off early... its gonna be a long day, I hope the board isn't too slow!

Rave: I have my "mature" woman's bridal shower tomorrow (basically its all my FMIL and Mom's friends), it's at a Tea House down south and I'm wearing a dress and a big hat! Fun fun!!

Sara - I'm jealous.

Dream - does FF13 have to be played online or can it be 1 player (old school)?  And definitely kudos to them and the other companies that have stepped up.  I was actually disappointed in people who emailed the news last night saying the companies should have donated more - my question to those people "How much have YOU donated to it?"

Elle - that sounds like such fun!

Rant: My daughter woke me up at 5am then 9am screaming her head off. Now I am barely keeping my eyes open as I type this!

Rave: Found a freind's family friend to be my DJ for only $225!

RANT: Woke up all hurty, my legs and feet are still just knots and pain. FI was supposed to have honeymoon figured out by now but he's been overwhelmed and is also managing the house-buying marathon. However, we're supposed to return RSVP to our friends' wedding but don't know if we'll be on HM then or not!! Stupid hotel thing is just difficult for me, trying to make these arrangements and pick hotels for other people. I feel like I'm falling behind on WR stuff but I'm getting burned out but don't have anyone to help at this point with the stuff I need to figure out.

RAVE: Sorry kids, but I'm glad for this little storm. We have NOT had enough rain and they said on the news this morning it's supposed to dump heavy snow on the mountains. Considering the snow pack is seriously low, we NEED it to help avoid drought this summer. Massage tomorrow (if I'm not an idiot) and hopefully that will help the lower body pain go away.

Rant:  This week has been going by extra slow... and it feels like 5:30 is forever from now.

Rave:  I don't have any big plans for the weekend, so that means lots of time in my PJs doing nothing (which is completely fine with the crappy weather).  And today is my 400 day mark

rant: weather. I hate all this wind. i think we should send knotties that the weather gets better soon. i am so sick of it. Its easter weekend so I have two dinners and three easter eggs hunts to drag the kiddos through. So that means wet muddy babies unhappy and irritated fast.

rave: easter sunday dinner Mother in law is making salads special for me so i can stay on my points for ww. She not usually nice so I dont know if this is her way of saying that i am fat and need to lose weight. LOL FI would totally yell at me for always twisting his moms positive into negative. But she IS REALLY mean.

Rant - weather sucks!  I want the sun to come back!  Also, i'm trying to find liabilty insurance for our ceremony.  I have auto/renters insurance through Geico, and unfortunately, they aren't able to provide me with liability/event insurance.  I've called Allstate and State Farm and they haven't been able to help me either....so the search continues. 

Rave - I work in the convention center and SakuraCon is going on!  These people go all out with their crazy costumes.  I'm hoping there is no nudity like last year!!!

Rant: My vacation is almost over and it feels like it just started.  I wanted to use this week to get ahead with my schoolwork (full time job and full time school at the same time are no bueno), but my usual procrastinating self won out.  I'm also super stressed out about money because the promotion I received at work requires that I get additional securities licenses and I won't get any commission until I pass the exams (which is a few months away).  I basically just took a $1000/month pay cut for the next 3 months   It'll be worth it in the end, but getting there is stressful.

Rave:  FI, my daughter, and my parents are going to see How to Train your Dragon in IMAX tonight, and tomorrow is FI's bday and we are going to see a comedian who is a friend of FI.  OH!  And shopping for a new work wardrobe (I start the new job on Monday).

Rant: I am STILL sick.  I just cannot shake it.  Bah.

Rave:  I think I've got my invitations figured out - just waiting on a price quote.  We're ordering cake samples from our HI baker, which should come next week (!!!).  BM dresses (and I think shoes now, too) are just about done.  It's so exciting when the design stuff starts to come together!

Back from being MIA for finals and spring break -

Rant: Coming back from Myrtle Beach, SC to this weather sucks!  The heating and hot water system in our rental is totally messed up and landlords won't pay to fix it.  Back to school and work, bah!

Rave: Had an awesome spring break trip with all my favority gals.  It was sort of an old married/engaged ladies kind of spring break so nothing too wild.  Asked one of BMs to be in the wedding and sending cards out to the other two this week.  Had a fun time at my first wedding dress shopping experience in NC - excited to try on some more.  This is the last quarter of my master's program before I graduate!  Yippee - OH and FI told me he's taking me on a surprise trip for graduation.  So excited.

Rant: this weather is AWFUL and I'm not looking forward to the traffic it will bring at 5 when I get off work!

Rave:  Going to meet our potentional DOC tomorrow and hopefully book her!!  Also dying easter eggs either tonight or tomorrow

Rant:  TK won't let me post from my phone again.  WTH?  I can read the posts still though, but I cannot reply, write my own post, or click over to the Seattle nest/bump.  LAME.  Also, I am now under the 4 month mark & I still don't have a DJ.  And I haven't even been trying to find one, because I hate this task so much.  Ugh.

Rave:  I AM ON SPRING BREAK!!!  Nine days of no work, but I still get paid, wahoo!!!  I plan to work on the old invites over the break, and I got my return address stamp from paperwink.com in the mail the other day & it is soooo cute.  Also, I've been cooking a lot, and everything is tasting good & most of it is healthy!  Yay!

Rant: I love my upstairs neighbors and their cigarette collection in my yard. Also, like everyone else- I would prefer the sun to be out! I hope I like our e-pics. Our teaser was not good so we are a little scared Only a month will tell.

RAVE: FI and I got a lot accomplished last weekend. FI's parents are in town and visiting one last time before we move to the westside. After 5 years of being over in Pullman- we are SO ready to go. FI has had two job offers. We are flying out to Bremerton to visit the last job and he will interview.After we hear from them it will be decision time and hopefully some possible salary negoations. Not trying to be picky but Master's degrees should be worth something! (Especailly after all the money we shelled out.) Happy Easter weekend!

Rant: A friend's dog that ive been watching peed in our bed/on our down comforter last night as we are getting ready for bed. This led to a ridiculously unnecessary fight with FI about an unrelated subject.

Rave: Found out today one of my besties is preggers. Her due date is in Oct, my wedding month. I told her even if she is in the hospital having her baby, Im still going to have her daughter be my flower girl.   Im so excited for her.

Rant - I am sick AGAIN!!! This is getting ridiculous and I hate being so flaky at work (I keep going and getting sent home). I have been out of work FIVE times this winter!!! All legitimate but I hate it...

Rave - Crazy busy check week! Got invites mostly finalized... Picked up my dress and bought my jewelry and 4/6 BM bought their dresses tonight! I also got to spend time with 2 of my best friends that I never see! Best night ever I have felt sick! Also got to shop for dresses with champagne and cupcakes! Yea!!!
