I hope after today...

The local news stops showing the video of the stage collapsing at the IN State Fair over and over and over again.  It was awful, but they can stop now.

Thank goodness that no one I know was hurt.  I've heard of a few friends of friends that were injured.  DH and I considered buying tickets to the show, but my sister and I decided we wanted to go see Maroon 5 and Train later this week instead. However, we may not be seeing that concert if they can't find another venue for it.

I hope so too.  I wanted to punch MIL when she said "At least Sugarland wasn't on yet."  Because they are more important than the 5 people who lost their lives?

One of the stage hands did lose his life because he couldn't get out of the rigging in time.
