look at this kitchen.  that looks like a green viking stove (which is like $4-$6k).  look at how the brass (ugh) hood doesn't match the stainless steel range.  and what's that wooden thing next to it, open to the world?

and then look at the lights.  look at the formica counter.  check out that discount faucet.  do you see those sad drawers and cabinet fronts? just ... ugh.

the house with hitler's bookcase?  i went to that open house because i saw a viking in that kitchen.  only nice thing about the kitchen.

I dislike galley kitchens.  The rest of what you listed, I wouldn't consider a deal breaker.  Hell, sell the stove and redo the stuff you don't like.

And I've also learned that I need Hmo to house shop for me.  I'll definitely be post all sorts of stuff for her (and all of y'alls) judging pleasure when it's time.
