Your lack of a ticker irritates me. How far along are you?  Will we ever see bump photos? Can you share more info on the nursery furniture? Can I touch your hair?

i apologize, dear zsa.  i do not like tickers, even though this has gotten me in trouble a few times and has led to embarrassing "counting on fingers" situations at the dr's office. 

third tri started yesterday.

i'll be honest -- i haven't taken a single bump photo.  we have just been too busy.  i could be creepy weirdo and take my camera into the bathroom, but i would prefer not to.  we are going out of town this weekend, and i will be sure to take at least one good bump photo.

the nursery is still just painted walls, all of our moving boxes and the two pieces -- the dresser and the nightstand.  (if you are asking specifically about the furniture, it's 60s era bassett.  it will probably be supplemented by a toy bin/bookshelf i've been eyeing; i want to add hairpin legs.) dh sat in a rocker a few weekends ago, and now he wants one.  once i am done with school in august, i can start working on getting the nursery together.  i'm looking at eames prints as a start.

you can touch my hair as long as i can buy some pecans from you whenever they are available for sale.

Once you get done with school in August you will barely be able to walk and you will be forced to grunt out nursery instructions to your H from the comfort of the rocking chair.

My hands are often coated in cinnamon and sugar around pecan season, but as long as you don't mind, I don't mind.
