Meet 21-year-old Matthew Clemmens of Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
Last Wednesday, Matthew and an unidentified friend were at a Philadelphia Phillies game when they got into an argument with another fan . . . a 48-year-old off-duty cop named Michael Vangelo.
Michael was there with his two daughters, a 15-year-old, and an 11-year-old. Apparently, Matthew and his buddy were acting drunk and belligerent, and Michael's 15-year-old daughter asked them to clean up their language.
Instead, Matthew's idiot friend SPAT on the girl, earning himself a one-way ticket out of the stadium.
So to get back at the cop and his daughters, Matthew jammed two fingers down his throat and INTENTIONALLY VOMITED all over them. Then he punched the cop in the face.
A few other fans jumped in to help out, and they held Matthew down until the police showed up. He was arrested, and has been charged with simple assault, aggravated assault, harassment, resisting arrest and other related offenses.
Michael says, "It was the most vile, disgusting thing I've ever seen, and I've been a cop for 20 years."
