Nah. People don't really dump bodies in tarps. (Do they?)

I'd go check it out, for sure. Or just call the police nonemergency number and make them do it.

I made DH go check it out when he got home.  He says it's a blanket.

dude. We knew it was a blanket. Did he make sure there wasn't a dead body INSIDE the blanket? (This is something my husband would do...)
