because students threatened to get violent w/ her as they got into a fistfight in class. (race and possibly gang related)
And I have 2 people I work w/ who have 'my' job in different departments. 1 has gone a bit loco (fired 2 student workers yesterday and then didn't have enough staff/hadn't made plans/didn't have any reason/regretted it so Boss hired them back. Yeah, that's great) and the other has fouled up the labs enough that we've been written up as uninsurable in that department. (which is a big hairy deal--the president's office got the memo this AM and there's already fallout--FTR, I applied for his job and didn't get it and I think they regrent not hiring me)
and Boss and I had to do an emergency change all our security/signin protocols because a student was being stalked (we were not the leak for information but she raised some concerns that we could become that--far fetched ones but I get where she's coming from) so I'm trying to black out all sorts of data.
And I have a large event next friday, a large event over break, a large event the first week of april and the BIGGEST event of the year coming up in 30 days (but I can't work on it more until people get back to me with some more information--it's hurry hurry wait wait wait wait wait)
