We have a local farm here that grows Asian greens.
I picked up a salad mix that was Japanese spinach, Mizuna and Wasabina.
If you can ever get your hands on some of the Wasabina, you should. Holy man, it is GOOD. It's a nicely flavored kind of peppery green until the flavor starts to take off into wasabi! Not as hard core as a full bite of wasabi would be, but a most excellent taste with some chopped up chicken or steak.
