Everything was going wrong.  And yes, compared to what I originally wrote, it is much better.  I was seeing my family and my BIL kept insisting that I was dumb and immature and that his "job" was better than mine. (He is unemployed, so he works for the government.)  He also kept asking my FI if he (my FI) hated me yet, and to just wait because things will get worse.  (My FI and I don't dislike each other, that is why he is my FI.)  It was just really disheartening.  He did a similar thing on my sister's (his wife's) birthday, which almost prevented her from being able to celebrate it.  I am really sorry if that comes off as judgy.  It was mainly that, but I have just been stressed out lately.
