He has his speech evaluation Saturday.  The doc said there was a wait list so this was quicker than expected.  I may or may not make DH take him because I'm afraid I'll be too emotional.

I really think you should go.  You're going to end up having question with everything that comes out of your DH's mouth, so don't torture him.

The problem is that we can't both go.  It's an hour to an hour and a half.  6let is a daddy's boy and responds to him much better so it did also cross my mind he might speak more if he's there.

They are evaluating his pronunciation so the more he speaks the better idea they'll have on what, if any, therapy he'll need.  When we were at the pedi he wouldn't say any of the standard test words.

FWIW, I understand your point.  If you think you might be a distraction to 6let, then sending the H is a completely valid choice.
