Hi ladies, trying to help a bride-to-be.
She and her fiance are California residents, but the marriage is occuring in New Jersey. Can they apply for license in CA and have NJ minister sign at the wedding ceremony? Can the minister mail to CA after the event or does he/she need to hand walk it in?
