Hell, no.  I'm right up on the window watching.

I don't care.  I leave the blinds up all.day.long and look out.  I'm definitely a Nosey Nancy and want to see the comings and goings on my street.

Apparently, according to intel from the kiddo, the kids on the other side of her were playing with water balloons on her side of the house and accidentally-on-purpose missing the 'targets' and just happening to hit her house. 

I'll let them deal with the dueling cop calls.  I'd rather just be ignored and left alone.

So she called the po-po because some water hit the side of her house?  I know she is crazy and all, but if the lady in St. Louis was fined for calling the cops when her dog was sick, a water baloon needs jail time.
