so I went through like 3 weeks of them being HORRID...
and now they're *almost* better again.
I have NO IDEA why, but I haven't gone above a 2 (on my nice 5 point scale) this week.
Not complaining.
I'm also fending them off w/ timely applications of OTC meds and caffine. (Today, at 7 am, I had broken blood-vessels in my eyes [this is one of the precursors for me--exactly what the person w/ an eyeball phobia needs] so I immediately made coffee and took a preventative dose of tylenol and have been watching my other triggers (no fake sugar [which may or may not be a trigger], limited exposure to light [yes, I am wearing sunglasses indoors], watch temps, do my shoulder exercises and relax my shoulders, etc) and it's not gotten above 'background noise' level.
I'm holding my breath that this stays OK
