I'm a bridesmaid in a wedding in two weeks. The bride just sent a mass text to the bridesmaids that she wants us to do an entrance dance to the reception doing the Dougie which I honestly had to google. A. What the everloving fuuck? and B. How do I tactfully say hell no?

I'm sorry, but from where I sit that's hysterical!

I only know what it is because it was on Dance Moms Miami the other night.  Try to find a clip of those womend doing it.  They looked ridiculous. Maybe that would change her mind.

I can't find a dance moms clip, but from what I've seen otherwise, just no. She thinks if everyone drinks enough we'll do it, but I don't plan on being that smashed before the reception even starts, let alone at all. Because it would take all the alcohol in the world and probably a Valium for me to consider this ridiculousness. But I don't blame anyone for laughing, it's pretty funny.

One of our friends was doing the Dougie in my living room last night! Coincidence? o.O

Yeah, I would present a united front with the other girls and tell her you feel like a jackoff doing such a thing. Or take a Valium haha!

It's good she didn't ask you in person. I think I would have had to laugh right then. I couldn't have helped it.
